$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install perl-tk 

perl-tk is installed in your system.

Make ensure the perl-tk package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep perl-tk *

You will get with perl-tk package name, version, architecture and description in a table

perl-tk package basic information:
